What if I lose my Company Kitchen card?
There are certain steps you’ll need to take so we can associate your new card number with your existing account. This does not happen automatically. First, request a new card from your HR representative. Then with your new card in hand:
- Go to www.companykitchen.com
- Select “CK Card Assistance” on the top right of the page.
- Select “Replace A Lost CK Card.”
- Enter the required info: Name, Email, CK Location and your new CK Card Number.
- Submit Request. The amount on your lost card will be transferred to your new card.
- You will be notified by our Customer Service team once your funds are transferred. This is usually done within one business day.
