No. You can use cash at the kiosk to load value onto your account, but you must use a Company Kitchen card, the CK App or a credit/debit card to pay at the kiosk.
If you are using your CK card for your purchases, you can login to your account and view your transaction history, and use your browser’s “Print” button to print the page. When shopping with a credit card, you can request a receipt be sent via email while at the kiosk.
Go to www.companykitchen.com and click on Sign In at the upper right corner of the home page. Enter your email address and password and you’re ready to go!
Go to www.companykitchen.com and login to your personal account (see steps above). You will need your email address and password to login and select “Accounts” to check your balance. Or, you can scan your card at any kiosk to see your balance.
As part of the Grand Opening for Company Kitchen at your work place, representatives are on site to give you your own Company Kitchen card and assist you in registering your account online. If you are not present on Opening Day, contact your HR representative for a Company Kitchen card. Go to www.companykitchen.com to register your account. Click on the CK Card Assistance at the upper right corner of the home page, then select the Activate A Card button and complete the registration information. You’ll be asked to enter your email address and the bar code on the back of the card and respond to a few questions. Now you’re ready to go!
Once you scan your item the amount will appear at the kiosk.
There are three ways to load value onto your Company Kitchen card.
Every product in Company Kitchen and CK Markets has a bar code on it. Scan that bar code at the kiosk and the item will appear on the screen with a price. Continue scanning all the items you’ve selected and then scan the bar code on your Company Kitchen card to pay. You will see a total for your purchase and your account balance when the transaction is complete. If you are not shopping with a Company Kitchen card and choose to use your credit/debit card, simply swipe the card after you have scanned all of the food and beverage items you’ve selected from Company Kitchen.
Requesting a refund is easy. Go to www.companykitchen.com and click on CK Card Assistance at the upper right corner of the home page. You will have the option of requesting a refund on your CK Card or on your personal credit card. Complete the information on the Form and note that all required fields are asterisked. (The CK Card Number is on the back of your card, below the bar code.) Specify the amount of the Refund and why you are requesting a refund. After completing, click “Submit Request,” you will get a confirmation email within 48 hours.
Please note that the CK kiosks do not store any credit card information. Therefore, credit card refunds will be in the form of a refund check that will be mailed to you. We are not able to issue a credit directly back to your card.
Go to www.companykitchen.com and click on CK Card Assistance. There is a form for requesting products at the bottom of the page. Complete the form. All fields are required to process your request. Your product request will be sent to the appropriate person and we will explore getting that item into Company Kitchen.
Go to www.companykitchen.com and select “CK Card Assistance” from the top right. Then select “Request A Refund” (choose either CK Card or Credit Card button). Complete the information on the Form: Name (First/Last), Email, CK Location and CK Card Number. (The CK Card Number is on the back of your card, below the bar code.) Specify the amount of the Refund and why you are requesting a refund. After completing, “Submit Request”. You will get a confirmation email within 48 hours.
Company Kitchen is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
Go to www.companykitchen.com and select CK Card Assistance. Select “Request a Refund on your CK Card” form. There is an question that asks if you are still with the company. When you select “No,” you will be asked for your home address so we can mail the remaining balance check directly to you. Complete the form as though you are requesting a refund, include a note that you’ve left the company, and then provide your mailing address for a refund check.
There are certain steps you’ll need to take so we can associate your new card number with your existing account. This does not happen automatically. First, request a new card from your HR representative. Then with your new card in hand:
